Honeywell / ExxonMobil – Tema Oil Refinery Commissioning Support – TU-D /Quad JV engineers provided support on commissioning of a burner management system at Tema Oil Refinery. The burner management system interfaces with a DCS.

Honeywell / ExxonMobil – Esso Exploration & Production Chad (EEPCI)
High Pressure Water Injection Pump Controls – TU-D engineers were involved in the successful tie-in of
five new high pressure water injection pumps to a live process. TU-D/Quad JV involvement at various
phases of the project included programming, installation, site acceptance testing and commissioning of
Allen Bradley ControlLogix 5555 PLCs used in implementing complex loops, start-up sequences and
pressure monitoring logic associated with the pumps. TU-D engineers also implemented an interface
with the DCS to provide emergency load shed capabilities at the remote pump sites.

TOTAL Exploration & Production Nigeria (TEPNG) : Remote Valve Monitoring – Supply and installation of
low-power remote terminal units for remote monitoring of valves at Rumuekpe Metering Station. The
RTUs are interfaced with a remote monitoring system to allow monitoring of the valves from Olo Flow
Station (12km from Rumuekpe). In addition, TU-D provided a SCADA (on a laptop) for field operations
and maintenance.
TU-D /Quaddynamics JV carried out the entire scope of design, configuration, programming, installation,

Remote Telemetry – TU-D/Quaddynamics JV supplied and installed a remote monitoring SCADA system
for remote monitoring of Rumuekpe Metering Station. The SCADA is located at Olo Flow Station (about
12km from Rumuekpe). Data from field instrumentation and flow computers at Rumuekpe are being
transmitted to Olo over an Ethernet network installed by TU-D/Quaddynamics JV.
